What does Dolovent do?

Dolovent™ capsules contain a specific combination of the key ingredients magnesium (600mg) and riboflavin (400mg) which have been clinically proven and shown to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and further contributes to normal psychological function. Dolovent also contains co-enzyme Q10 (150mg) as well as further vitamins and minerals,

Are there any side effects when taking Dolovent?

Dolovent™ is safe to use and there are no serious side effects that have been reported or seen during studies.

The changes you might notice are that riboflavin (Vitamin B2) may cause urine to turn bright yellow and some people experience mild bloating and loose stools due to the increased amounts of magnesium. Dolovent™ is manufactured to the highest standards of quality and purity. It should not, however, be used with other products that contain magnesium or vitamin B2.

How do I take Dolovent?

Take 2 Dolovent™ capsules twice daily with or after a meal – once in the morning and once in the evening.

We do have some customer spread the dosage of the capsules out. Where they will take 1 every 3 hours.

I'm feeling great taking Dolovent, can I take Dolovent for longer?

Yes! There is no problem with taking Dolovent daily.

Could Dolovent interact with my medication?

Dolovent™ has not been shown to cause any adverse drug interactions and can be taken safely along with prescription medications (e.g. triptans and beta blockers).

However, to optimise absorption of Dolovent™ and to ensure the absorption of certain medications isn’t affected, Dolovent™ should be taken two hours away from drugs with the following active ingredients: tetracyclines, ferrous-containing substances, sodium fluoride, isoniazid, chlorpromazine and digoxin.

Dolovent™ is an over the counter (OTC) food supplement which means you can purchase it without a prescription from your GP or neurologist.

Does Dolovent interact other medications?

No. However, Dolovent™ should be used with a distance of 1 – 2 hours if you are taking drugs containing the following active ingredients: Tetracyclines, ferrous-containing substances, Sodium fluoride, isoniazid, chlorpromazine and digoxin.

How quickly will I see a difference when taking Dolovent?

Though normal levels of magnesium, B2 and CoQ10 may be restored in as little as a week, clinical evidence has shown that Dolovent™ is most effective when taken regularly over three months. This is sufficient time to allow all key ingredients in Dolovent™ to exert their full effect in the body.
