We provide a tracked, signed and insured delivery service for every country we deliver to. We have an in-house dedicated team of logistics experts who specialise in order fulfilment.

Since we started in 2014, we have shipped over 1 million orders globally and have had a delivery success rate of 99.6% to all our customers worldwide.

United Kingdom incl Scotland & Northern Ireland

  • Products will be delivered within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail or DHL 1st Class
  • We offer a free delivery service on all orders over £38.00
  • We do not offer a weekend delivery service, if an item is required for the weekend please call: 02476 363 873 and we will try our best

Europe

Please note that all European orders are shipped from our warehouse in France, within the EU.

  • Products will be delivered within 3-5 working days via DPD tracked and signed.
  • There is free shipping on orders over £75.00
  • Orders with free shipping will be delivered within 3-5 working days via DPD Tracked & Signed delivery service
  • We do not offer a weekend delivery service

USA and Canada

  • Products will be delivered within 3-5 working days via UPS Ground Express and tracked shipping.
  • We offer free delivery on orders over $48.00
  • We do not offer a weekend delivery service
  • Canadian orders may be subject to customs & dispatch laws within your own Country. This is because orders are shipped across the border from the USA.

Rest of world, including Australia, New Zealand, Far East, Middle East, Outlying islands & Africa.

  • Products will be delivered within 5-7 working days via DHL Tracked and Signed.
  • We offer a free delivery service on all orders over £300.00
  • We do not offer a weekend delivery service.
